Grease Guard® Products are warranted by Grease Guard®, LLC to the original user against defects in material under normal use for one (1) year, or if properly maintained as detailed in paragraph above. Any part that is determined to be defective in material and returned to the factory (shipping costs prepaid) will be replaced or repaired without charge. 

The product brand Grease Guard® has a limited lifetime warranty on the aluminum extrusions to the original user. All other parts and assemblies are covered under the one-year limited warranty with the exception of the filter system (top pass-through layer, advanced filter composite, bottom pass-through layer, and fire shield). All filter materials are considered a replaceable part and such have a limited warranty against defects in material for 30 days from the purchase date. The filter system is designed to be replaced on a regular basis depending on the volume of the grease that is discharged into the unit. 

The warranty does not include any cost, inconvenience, or property damage due to failure of this product, nor does it cover damage due to contamination, negligence, mishandling, and/or misuse. Failure to operate the product in accordance with product instructions, chemical erosion, and any damage caused by the result of not participating in an authorized filter maintenance program also voids this warranty.

Grease Guard®, LLC reserves the right to withdraw and nullify all product warranties should the customer fail to honor invoices within terms of sale. Sales made on an open account must be paid within 30 days of the billing date. Grease Guard®, LLC reserves the right to withdraw all warranties if invoices are not paid within that period. 

Except as provided herein, no warranty or affirmation of fact, expressed or implied, other than stated in the “Limited Warranty” herewith is made or authorized by Grease Guard®, LLC, and its liability in all events is limited to the purchase price paid. 

Grease Guard®, LLC will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product which proves to be defective within warranty.
